My work has always been driven by a passion for achieving positive outcomes while cultivating strong relationships, leading teams, and educating stakeholders to align with corporate goals and budgets. Beyond traditional roles, I am committed to helping small businesses, charities, and nonprofit organizations achieve their facility management goals by offering solutions at reduced or no cost. This dedication allows me to extend high-quality services to organizations that often lack the resources to manage their facilities effectively.
I am a leader in the built environment serving over 28 years with experience managing complex corporate real estate and facility management opportunities with a current focus on resiliency and sustainability. I am experienced in managing large teams of skilled trade professionals separated by large geographic boundaries not only in the continental United States but across many borders around the world. I am an expert in problem-solving and facilities operations that monitor continuous efforts to build strong relationships for developing positive facility management outcomes.
During my career, I earned the Certified Facility Manager (CFM) designation, Sustainability Facility Professional (SFP), and Lean Six Sigma Green Belt (LSSGB), served as Vice President and President to the Indianapolis Chapter of IFMA and now serve as a Director on the IFMA Global Board of Directors and Chair of the Global Government Affairs Committee.
